Aaron Thigpen, Director of Speed Development
Aaron is a 20-year veteran of Track and Field, has been a member of eleven US National Track and Field Teams, four US Olympic trial qualifiers and was a NCAA All-American. Throughout his career Aaron has developed a reputation as an exceptional athlete, speaker and expert technician in the field of speed development and athletic performance. Juan Pablo Reggiardo, Director of Strength Development
Juan Pablo began his strength-coaching career at the Riekes Center for Human Enhancement in Menlo Park, CA, where he is serving as Director of Athletics for the past two years. Juan Pablo received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Arizona. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and a USA Weightlifting Club Coach. Juan Pablo has also a assistant strength coach with Stanford Basketball.

Ryan Gray, Director of Athletic Development
A former Division 1 football athlete at the University of Hawaii, his senior year he helped his team to an NCAA record turnaround season; which included winning the WAC title and the Aloha Bowl. His passion, experience and understanding of athletic development helps give the athletes he works with a serious advantage on the playing field. Ryan is currently the Strength and Conditioning Coach at the College of San Mateo.

Masaki holds a Master's in Bio-Engineering and Kinesiology. He has successfully established and implemented comprehensive power and speed oriented conditioning programs for athletes of all levels and ages. Masaki has trained numerous NFL, AFL, XFL, NFLE, NBA and MLB athletes. Also holds a number of Strength and Conditioning Seminars in Japan.

Michael Colgan, Ph.D., CCN
Dr. Colgan and the Colgan Institute are known internationally for their research in sports nutrition and in aging. They have published numerous professional papers, two university texts, twelve books and hundreds of articles for the public. Robert dos Remedios, M.A., CSCS
A Former Junior College All-American and All-PAC 10 athlete who brings over 15 years of sport-specific conditioning experience to College of the Canyons. Coach Dos is a sought after National level speaker and presenter on topics such as Program Design, Olympic Lifting Implementation, Medicine Ball Training, Plyometrics, and Speed, Agility, and Quickness Training. Coach Dos also teaches workshop classes to coaches and trainers in the UCLA Extension Fitness Certification Program. Brent McFarlane, M.A.
